Dieuwertje Koster

I am Dieuwertje Koster and I am part of the team of Zwanger&Zo since the summer of 2023! I enjoy working as a midwife and I am happy to have such a nice team around me. In addition to my work as a midwife, I also deal with contraception in the practice. You can come to me for the placement and removal of an IUD or hormone rod.

Outside of my work as a midwife, you can find me at the boxing gym around the corner. I am also an avid explorer of local cafes around town, always looking for the best spots.

The most extraordinary delivery?

I found it very special to be able to accompany my sister's delivery. It was a beautiful experience to share such an intimate moment with my own sister. Every birth is unique and I realize it is very special that I get to be there every time. In addition to the medical care I provide, I value building a personal bond with the pregnant woman and her family. I value this part of my job immensely.
