These vegan Omega 3 capsules contain DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), essential omega-3 fatty acids important for the health of both mother and baby. DHA plays a crucial role in the development of the baby's brain and retina during pregnancy. It also helps support the baby's cognitive function and visual development. For the mother, adequate intake of omega-3 fatty acids can help reduce inflammation, improve mood and lower the risk of preterm birth.

Vitamin D3: This vitamin is essential for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, which is important for the development of strong bones and teeth in the baby. It also supports the immune system of both mother and baby and may help reduce the risk of pregnancy complications such as pre-eclampsia.
