Complaints procedure

It is important that you feel comfortable with your midwife. That is why we do everything in our power to properly guide you and your child. It is important that the contact with the midwife and other professionals at the practice is professional and pleasant. Nevertheless, you may have a complaint.

Please discuss your complaint with the midwife.

Do you have any questions? Or doubts? Are you not satisfied with something? Tell us. We would love to take the time to discuss this with you.

Involve our complaints officer

Are we unable to offer a satisfactory solution? Or would you like help filing a complaint? Please contact the complaints officer of the CBKZ (Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg. In English: Central Bureau of Complaints Management in Care). They are impartial, work independently, and they are happy to support and advise you. The complaints officer also mediates in finding a solution. Everything you share with the complaints officer is confidential.
